jUST iN: Nigerian Air Force Plane, with all crew, passengers Crashed in Yola

A Nigerian Air Force Plane crashed in Yola, the Adamawa State capital, in the northeast region of Nigeria today. Colonel Rabe Abubakar, the Director of Defense Information for the Nigerian Armed Forces, confirmed the plane crash citing that the cause was likely poor weather.

Also, according to a statement by the spokesperson for the Force, Air Commodore Dele Alonge, the aircraft with all crew, passengers in it crashed at about 4:23pm.

Mr. Alonge said the F7-Ni fighter jet, with registration number, NAF801, was ‘returning to.....
base from an interdicted mission when it crashed  around Hong, in Hong Local Government Area of Adamawa State’. Mr. Alonge said, “There was no survival as the pilot of the aircraft lost his life in the unfortunate incident,” 

The details of the crash and number of dear or injured was not immediately known at the time of publication.
