[Jeez!]...We are still a poor country, We are no corrupt, 99.9% Of Nigerians are honest - Okonjo Iweala



Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has said that “99.9 percent of them are honest, hard-working citizens who just want to get on with their lives… And they want a government that delivers for them.”
Speaking on CNN in an interview with Christiane Amanpour last night, when asked about how corruption has eaten Nigeria up, she said Nigeria has about
170 million population and 99.9% of the population are corruption free and they are just hardworking people who go about their businesses everyday to earn a living and that they just need a trusted government to manage their resources.
“We are still a poor country,” she admitted.
