Jigawa govt spends N12million on cosmetics for 100 albinos

The Jigawa government said on Thursday in Dutse that it spent more than N12 million in the past six years to procure and distribute assorted cosmetics to 100 albinos.
The Executive Secretary of the
Jigawa Rehabilitation Board, Ibrahim Rabakaya, made the disclosure in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria.
He said that the cosmetics and other consumables provided to albinos were part of the gesture to protect them from the rays of the sun and avoid skin diseases.
