Are you finding it difficult attaining
your sexual desire as regard velocity, frequency, alacrity, ability,
eagerness and skill? Is going for more than a round a difficult task?
Have you ever wondered how your sex life would be in old age? To put it
succinctly, are you doing below average sexually? Have you ever wondered
if your diet could be the reason for this?

Diet plays a huge role in sexual
performance. Without a good diet, there can be no good sex life. Your
health is your most valuable asset. Indiscriminate eating habits lead to
poor sexual health, performance and diseases. Most spouses work hard
and spend their health trying to achieve wealth. When they eventually
retire, and want to enjoy good sex and a good life, they end up spending
their wealth trying to restore their health. If you don’t learn to rest
and stay off unhealthy diets and habits, your lifespan will be
affected.
Food and drink play significant roles in
defining our health and sexual agility. Many have eaten themselves to
death. These attitudes have a significant effect on sex and alertness.
Most of the foods we enjoy eating are at the root of major
life-threatening diseases; so, for good sex, eat healthy. On the
contrary, old age is not the reason for bad sex or disease. Stop blaming
your inability to perform on old age.
It is important to eat and drink, but
even more important to eat and drink the right kind of things and at the
right time. Let your food be your medicine and let your medicine be
your food. It is important for us to understand the dynamics of what
constitutes a balanced diet and a nutrient-dense meal. Unfortunately, in
our culture, so-called civilisation has led to denaturalisation or
denaturing of the foods and drinks that human beings consume. And this
takes a toll on our sexual performance. Food processing and preservation
methods have suddenly become an impediment to human race as far as
sexual health and disease are concerned. Chemicals used in preserving
our food are now causing a myriad of diseases and sexual inability.
What we eat and what we refrain from
should not be focused on weight loss alone but on good sexual
performance and healthy living. Good diet is helpful to weight loss and
disease reversal and prevention. Good diet plays a very important role
in the sexual and health equation. It helps to bail us out of numerous
sexual and health challenges, if only couples are ready to make
necessary changes and adjustment in their diet, eating habit and
lifestyle. Their sex life will be sweeter.
Consider diet and lifestyle changes as
part of health plans, and live better. Enjoy a healthy sex life, age
gracefully because diet and lifestyle changes would definitely serve as
preventive measures against sexual and reproductive health diseases.
And for those already diagnosed with some aliments, especially those
that affect sexual performance such as high blood pressure, diabetes,
enlargement of the prostrate, abuse of drugs, depression etc. A good
diet can help to eradicate some of them. Of course, this does not stop
us from working with our doctors but only enhances our chances and pace
of recovery.
I can assure us that with a good diet,
we can handle cases like premature ejaculation, weak erection, erectile
dysfunction, urinary tract infection, inflammation of the vulva and
prostate gland, unusual redness and inflammation of the breasts, lumps,
impotence, cancer of the prostate gland, cancer of the cervix, cancer of
the uterus and obesity in healthier ways. Couples need to learn that
the natural condition of human beings is a matter of good health. They
should also know that every instance of sickness, unless it is caused by
accident, is usually the result of some ‘wrongdoing’ on the part of the
sick person. Nutritionists and food experts say, “Disease should not be
an inevitable part of life.” The only natural thing about life is for
man to enjoy good health and better sexuality to the end of his life.
Sickness is unnatural, abnormal and utterly unnecessary. Eat anything
natural as you age; reduce the quantity of food by 25 per cent and learn
to rest.
