Yes the Language of *instruction is in Igbo!
This incident happened at third Governorship Debate held in Awka, By the National Labour Congresss (NLC), Which featured candidates from APC, APGA, Labour Party(LP) and PDP.
The high point of the debate was when The APGA candidate Willie Obiano, was asked about his plans to reform the agricultural centre; as a result of unpreparedness or because of serious tension, he couldn’t name 3 Agricultural products that are Produced in Anambra while he was talking on his plans to reform the agricultural centre.
