A Minna based business man, Martins Nwankwo on Wednesday committed suicide at his residence in Tunga, a surbub of Niger State capital, Minna, leaving behind his pregnant wife and five children.

shot himself in the stomach.
A source in his residence said the gun sound alerted neighbours, who rushed to the residence of the deceased only to find him dead with his licensed gun by his side.
He was said to have left his pregnant wife in the room around 5am and gone to another room in the house where he shot himself while his wife was deep asleep. Late Martins Nwankwo left no suicide note.
