SAD! #Nigerian Policeman, Corporal Abdullahi Yahuza shoots driver dead in Ogun

A police corporal in the Ogun State command, Abdullahi Yahuza, on Tuesday shot dead a commercial vehicle driver, Olumide Likinyo, at the Sagamu tollgate area on the Lagos-Benin Expressway.

The driver was conveying seven passengers and their goods from Lagos to Okitipupa in Ondo State, when the incident happened.

She said the corporal, without provocation, shot the driver dead where he was standing beside his vehicle.

It was gathered that the 42-year-old driver was survived by six children and a pregnant wife.

Egbeuwalo, who spoke at the command headquarters in Eleweran, Abeokuta, said the incident occurred at about 9.45pm.
