Stampede as explosion rocks venue of passing-out parade

Have you heard pf a rocket-Like object????...ok now you must read this....

There was an explosion yesterday at the venue for the passing-out parade of members of Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, but
no casualty was recorded. The incident occurred at the Civic Centre, close to the state police command headquarters, as the PCRC members were ending their two weeks training.

Some of the trainees said the explosion came from a nylon bag outside the handball field venue of the training, thereby causing a stampede.

The command’s spokesman, Mr. Benjamin Ugwuegbulam, a Deputy Superintendent, said it was mere fireworks coming from a rocket-like object. Ugwuegbulam stated that there was no semblance of bomb in the explosion, expressing delight at the security consciousness of members of the public.
