Must Read [Yoruba At The Top]...Assemblyman to pay N300K to colleagues for reciting Yoruba alphabets - That's All

A member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Southwest Nigeria is to give out the sum of N300, 000(about $2,000) to three of his colleagues who effectively recited the Yoruba alphabets on the
floor of the House.
Ipoola Omisore, the member representing Ifako-Ijaiye Constituency 2 at the House will give the three members including Adebimpe Akinsola representing Ikorodu Constituency 2; Suuru Avoseh representing Badagry Constituency 2; and Lola Akande representing Ikeja 2 the sum of N100, 000 each.
Omisore had thrown up the challenge to the House that apart from the Speaker, Adeyemi Ikuforiji, he would give out the sum of N100, 000 to any member who effectively recited the alphabets.
His decision to throw up the challenge resulted when his colleague and member representing Shomolu Constituency 1, Rotimi Olowo, could not recite the alphabets during the taking of votes and proceedings of the last sitting written in Yoruba language.
While lamenting that most of his colleagues could not recite the alphabets, he said he would give out the sum to anyone who could recite them.

...Yo is for Yoruba....lolz

  3. Useless big fools wasting money unnecessarily. Why not channel the money to one of those ill-funded primary schools in Lagos state.
