Beware..Stress too dangerous to ignore!
Yes it is dangerous, read on...
After you recognize that you are feeling
stressed and identify the factors in your life that are contributing to your feeling stressed, you can begin to make changes in how you respond to stressors. Perhaps the most important part of this process is to recognize that there are some sources of stress that you cannot change. Many of the extrinsic sources of stress that occur outside of you are things that have little to do with your actions. For example, the death of relative is not your fault and usually there is nothing you could have done to prevent it. The same is probably true if you are laid off or if you have to take care of a sick relative. What you can change is how you react to these situations.
You can also concentrate on dealing with the sources of stress that come from within yourself, the intrinsic stressors. We often do not even realize how much stress comes from our own expectations about ourselves and the world around us. Understanding what motivates you and why can also help you understand your idiosyncratic responses to stress and help you gain insight into what you might want to change about yourself.
After recognizing signs of stress and identifying the possible sources, there are several things you can do to help change how you react to stressors and help limit the amount of unnecessary stress in your life. Changing your reaction to a stressful situation can be as simple as accepting a situation instead of lamenting it, or by changing your behavior. Limiting stress may also include avoiding potential sources of stress when possible or even altering the stressor, such as a person with high cholesterol might do by working to lower their own cholesterol.
Other things you can do to help reduce stress in your life include:
Share your feelings instead of bottling them up.
Be willing to compromise.
Be more assertive.
Set limits.
Accept the things you can’t change.
Don’t try to control the uncontrollable.
Look for the upside of any situation.
Focus on the positive
Learn to forgive.
Take a step back and look at the big picture.
If necessary, adjust your standards
Make sure to get enough sleep.
Get adequate physical activities
...and finally Get help from a professional if you need it. This act could save your live don't ignore it.
