Deji Abiola Must still face ''Stealing Charge''...Court!

An Ikeja High Court on Monday dismissed an application filed by Deji Abiola, asking the court to quash the stealing charge preferred against him.
Deji Abiola a son of late business mogul and politician, Chief MKO Abiola, was charged to court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for allegedly stealing
N35.5 million belonging to a Lagos-based printer.
Deji was first arraigned on June 30, 2011 before Justice Adeniyi Onigbanjo.
He was charged with stealing the money from one Mr Jide Jose, under the pretext of helping him to import printing machines from Switzerland.

The matter was adjourned to May 7 for trial.
