Another unfortunate tragedy struck in Port Harcourt over the weekend, as a
Obinna Eze reportedly beat his girlfriend, known as Idara to death on Saturday over a disagreement on the randy ways of Eze.
It was reported that the killer boy Obinna Eze was said to have had a fierce disagreement with his girlfriend over him (Obinna) sleeping around with different girls. The girl’s accusation was said to have provoked Eze who allegedly beat the girl to death.[...just like that???]
The Rivers State Commissioner of Police, Mr Mohammed Indabawa, who confirmed the ugly incident said the suspect had since been arrested by the police. He said the matter would be transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department, CID for further action.
The police boss said the corpse of the girl (Idara) that was allegedly murdered by Obinna had been deposited at the morgue in the Braithwaite Memorial Hospital, BMH in Port Harcourt.
