 Following the reports about angry Chelsea fans took to the social media to show their anger at the
Nigerian born soccer star by tweeting some racist messages has resulted resulted in Chelsea’s
Jon Obi Mikel to finally
quit Twitter following attacks on him by some supporters. ..[lolz]

Mikel’s pass during Juventus and Chelsea’s Champions league match on Wednesday resulted in a late goal by Juventus tieing Chelsea to a 2-2 draw with Juventus as angry Chelsea fans took to Twitter to show their anger at the Nigerian born soccer star by tweeting some racist messages. Mikel shut down his Twitter account under 24 hours after the match.
Meanwhile, Chelsea has officially spoken against such attitudes by fans ( in a Tweet post on September 20, 2012): “Abuse on social networks is abhorrent. Racist tweets towards Mikel are totally unacceptable. Police informed. #CFC supports strongest action”
