Background
I am Dabota Lawson, Miss Nigeria United
Kingdom, 2009/2010. I am 25 years old and I hail from Rivers State. I
attended Vivian Fowler Memorial College, Lagos before moving on to
England for my college and university education as well as postgraduate
degree. I studied financial economics at the University of Leicester and
had a chartered management and Accountancy course in London School of
Business and Finance. I contested and won the Miss Nigeria UK pageant
after my university education.

About my personality
I am a typical Gemini who is usually hyperactive, exciting, always competing and seeking to lead. I also think very fast.
Me and men
Many men here are not straightforward.
It has made me more careful not to take people at their word until they
can actually prove themselves.
My beauty routine
If I am going for an event, it can take
me about three hours to get ready. On a normal day, it can take me about
an hour and a half to get ready. I don’t just apply make-up; I do a
lot of other things. I wear face mask, then put things on my body to
take care of all the black spots, after which I curl my hair before
working out a bit while my face dries. Then, I will shower; scrub my
body with all sorts of lotions before coming out to wait for my skin to
dry.
