[HEY LADIES!]: That Bra Can Stop Circulation of Blood

Breasts are of different shapes and sizes, while some of them point downwards or at odd angles, and an ill-fitted bra could damage your health.

A medical practitioner at the Military Hospital, Benin, Edo state, Dr Victor Musa warns that wearing the wrong bra size can lead to a number of problems, including back pain, restricted breathing, heart palpitation, breast pain and poor posture.
"If the rib-cage is shrinked, then there is little space for the heart and that can lead to heart palpitation. Tight bra can cause mammary abscesses."
A breast abscess is a painful collection of pus that forms in the breast. Most abscesses develop just under the skin and are caused by a bacterial infection.
Breast abscesses are painful, swollen lumps that may also be red, feel hot, cause the surrounding skin to swell
cause a high temperature (fever).
In an article published in Vaughan Integrative Medicine, Dr. Christiane Northrup, M.D., University of Vermont College of Medicine author of "Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom," wrote: "Stop wearing an underwire bra. Too often this kind of bra cuts off circulation of both blood and lymph fluid around the breast, chest wall, and surrounding tissue."
Dr. Jesse Hanley, M.D., in her book called "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause," wrote that she encourages her patients not to wear underwire bras or even tight bras, except for special occasions because they block the lymph glands underneath the breast. Lymph glands play an important role in draining toxins from the breast."
