What the taxi driver did was not right. That said, I can fully understand why he lost it. I too have felt like doing exactly the same thing, on occasion.
Judging from the way the Taxi recovered from diving, it is very likely that that driver stood very hard on his brakes to avoid that pedestrian, and fortunately, on this occasion, the brakes on the mini-bus worked.

Has anyone thought about what would have happened to the driver, had that pedestrian had been knocked down and killed? Likely he would have been arrested & charged with culpable homocide. It is always "the drivers fault" regardless of how stupidly the pedestrian behaves, and that just pisses me off!
This is not justifiable....this is human we are talking about not matter how stupid the pedestrian is.
