Black Stars Defender John Mensah and his lovely wife Henrietta have had their petition for Divorce granted by an Accra High Court after months of legal battle.
The court, presided over by Justice Doris Bempong, on Tuesday gave its approval for the divorce, which was filed in October last year by Henrietta.
John and Henrietta had been married for over 10 years during which period they had four children together.

filed the divorce petition with an excuse that John had become an irresponsible father who was refusing to cater for the needs of his children.
Henrietta also accused John of infidelity in the divorce petition.
When news broke about the divorce petition, John Mensah, in an interview with Accra based Radio XYZ, denied the allegations of infidelity and child neglect.
The Mensahs lived at the plush Trassacco Valley Estates in Accra and from afar, observers had hitherto thought all was well with them.
John, the son of a Pastor, was recently seen in a TV documentary about his life, explaining that it was his parents who actually searched for a wife for him when he was playing football overseas.
