#PUBLICNOTICE!! Luggage At Owner's Risk: Passengers condemn rising luggage theft at Lagos airport


Passengers using the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos have decried the rising cases of missing items from their checked-in luggage.
Accordingly, they have called on the relevant authorities to come up with lasting solutions to ensure that cases of luggage theft and missing items are eliminated.
Some passengers who reacted about the development, said it was embarrassing that luggage were being stolen or tampered with in this day and age.
The called on the government and managers of the airport to put in place necessary checks to ensure that the menace was curbed.

  1. This kind of criminal act is very disturbing. I have been a victim. It is a big shame to the authorities, Nigeria and all those involved in this criminal act. It must stop.

  2. I have lost all my valuables inside my luggage at that notorious Murtala Lagos airport. I have made series of complaints both to the airlines plus handling company and yet to get a reasonable answers. 7months after the incident am yet to receive answers or compensation.
