Out-of-contract Super Eagles coach,
Stephen Keshi, has claimed he never re-applied to manage the team
despite claims by the Nigeria Football Federation that the former
Nigeria captain is the only applicant for the national team job.
The NFF said earlier this month that
Keshi would be....
given the job as he was the only one that applied after
the position was advertised as vacant last year.
Keshi stated that the NFF was lying to Nigerians with that declaration in a bid to
make him look bad before football followers. He said he told NFF
president, Amaju Pinnick, and a board member of the NFF, Felix Anyasi,
that he was no longer interested in coaching the Super Eagles.
Drop a comment...thanks!
