The Ugandan lady seen in photo being molested was captured by an unidentified man who said that the lady was tortrured, himiliated and raped by those Indian touts. He also mentioned that "Ugandan women are tortured, raped, humiliated and killed without help in India and other Middle East Countries". This unfortunate incident is one of many going on in....
