Super Eagles new coach Sunday Oliseh has declared that under probe number one choice Vincent Enyeama remains the captain of the team irrespective of the probe being conducted by the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF.

he said in Kaduna. “I have listened to the NFF on the Enyeama issue and from their own point of view, they have good reasons for their decision but I will still speak with him to hear his own side of the story.
“He may have spoken out as captain of the team following discussions with his colleagues and not as an individual. There’s nothing wrong with a player speaking out because all of them cannot be talking at the same time. We won’t gag any player because we also have to listen to them. I will get down to the matter because we need to have everyone on the same block,” he stressed.
On the caliber of players for the national team, he said that he looking at having a young side and would give room for players in the U-20 and U-23 teams.
