The police on Thursday arraigned a part-time lecturer, Afeez Baruwa, for allegedly raping an 18-year-old admission seeker.
It was reported on
Thursday that Baruwa took the victim, who was seeking admission into the
University of Lagos, Akoka, inside a study room, where he allegedly
raped her.
