Confirming the arrest, a top security personnel, who pleaded anonymity, revealed that the suspect was first taken to the Airport Police Command after his arrest, from where he was transferred to the Counter-Insurgency and Intelligence Unit (CIIU), in Abuja, where he’s being detained.
General Buratai, on October 27, released the pictures of 100 Boko Haram members declared wanted and asked Nigerians to provide information that would help the military and other security agencies nab insurgents who have been terrorising the North-East of the country.
