Amateur video of LASTMA officials forcefully trying to get a motorist to comply with traffic laws as gone viral. The video posted on YouTube shows the way LASTMA official do their work in Lagos.
The ugly incident happened on Monday 16 Nov. 2015, at Berger, Lagos State. It was reported that LASTMA officials unprofessionally tried to seize a bus that had a punctured tyre. One of them got into the vehicle and dragged the car keys with the driver.
However the driver of the bus started pleading with the LASTMA officials at first but the officials refused, and at that point he told them that they would rather ruin him than go away with his bus because he has committed no crime.
In the melee, one of the LASTMA official’s unbuttoned his uniform and got into a fight with the bus driver leaving the driver with injuries.
