The viral photo posted on the social media captured who a foreigner or a white man seen urinating in public without any fear of being arrested. The most worrisome part of it is that the man was comfortably urinating near a police sign post in Lagos. By the way someone said the  photographer would have confronted the law breaker instead, maybe hand him over to the law. SHAME!
