Two suspected armed robbers have been shot dead by the police in Dutsen Baupma, Abuja.
According to source, the suspected robbers stormed the area around 10.00p.m. and raided a shop belonging to one Paul Nwiwu.
While the robbers were still operating in the area a police team arrived at the scene following an alert from a resident. It was reported that Two of the hoodlums were gunned down during the exchange of fire, while one locally made pistol and four rounds of live ammunition were recovered from them.
It was reported that the remains of the deceased were later deposited at the Kubwa General hospital.
