tHE ABOVE vIDEO Captured a grade seven pupil been battered by her teacher. The unfortunate incident happened at The Department of Basic Education-Hoërskool Patriot in eMalahleni in Mpumalanga. SA. The department had already issued a statement saying that they aware of the incident, which allegedly occurred and they have started investigating the incident.
