Police are looking for a duo caught in photos and video celebrating St. Paddy's Day early
near two Dumpsters in Newark, Delaware. Noe the Delaware Police are asking the public to help identify two 20-somethings caught screwing in public after a St. Patrick’s Day parade. The clip has gone viral and police have asked anyone with information about the pair to contact them.
