The photo above shows the BVN registration for Nigerians living in the UK, London to be precise.
It will be recalled that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has commenced the registration of Nigerians living outside the country for the Biometric Verification Number (BVN) exercise.
The registration which will last for 2weeks started on the 6th of July. The enrollment is conducted by OIS services at their offices in the UK.

The services cost 30GBP per enrollment and would be borne by the customer. However during the BVN exercise in London, the registration turned chaotic as according to some Nigerians stated that the handlers were......
lousy and maltreating them, however Police were called to calm things down.
The BVN registration closes October 31, 2015 deadline date as stipulated by CBN.
